Another Modification Party

And today, in “things which adults have sung”...
Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk, I'm a woman's man: no time for talk....
Who’s panic buying accordions?
Trapped in a savage, parallel universe, in which Leonard Nimoy sports a goatee.
Porridger’s Almanack (Breakfast of Ganglions)

Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing himself.

I saw a call for string orchestra, and I was excited: While the Third Symphony is clearly too big (long) for the call, but I excerpted two potential submissions (nine minutes and five minutes and a half, respectively) but then I noticed (would have been better if I had read more carefully sooner, sure) an entry fee. So no, thanks. Mind you, I suffer no concerns about the Symphony itself. As a consolation endeavor, though, I have re-scored Surfing an Earthquake for flute, sopranino clarinet and violin. I wasn’t going to, because Im on the record on this blog as having by now had quite enough of that, but there it is.
